Established in 2015, VicREA originated as a sales company selling properties all over Melbourne and Geelong. With a lot of our clients buying investment properties, we found that owners were forced to deal with various local agencies to manage their new investments.
Victoria Real Estate Agency was created when existing clients of the company directors had purchased investment properties all over Melbourne and had various local agents look after their nest egg.
This gave the group an idea to be able to manage all of their client’s properties under the one specialised company with designated service to property management.
To manage properties all over Melbourne VICREA felt they had to become more efficient and innovative in their processes. Hence where the need for state-of-the-art technology and processes came into action which they have carefully developed and refined over the last 5 years.
It was then that we realised that we should offer our landlords comprehensive property management services, regardless of their location or if they had 1 or 100 properties. This fuelled our passion for customer service, state of the art technology and innovative ways to help our clients.
You may be thinking how we do this? We have carefully selected state of the art technology to ensure that we can effectively and efficiently manage properties, without being bound to a desk. This enables us to work anywhere and everywhere without restriction. What does this mean for you? Quicker response times, live updates, and access to critical information 24/7. In addition, we have carefully structured each portfolio to specific municipalities, so our property managers are zoned within reach. This increases not only their efficiency, but also staff satisfaction and more time for them to focus on customer service tasks.
Our continuous goal is to deliver exceptional customer service to each of our clients, whether it be the landlord, tenant, tradesman, or utility provider. Our property managers look after a maximum of 170 properties each, which is significantly less than the industry standard of 200 – 230. This strategy is geared toward staff satisfaction and longevity, but it also guarantees that our staff have ample time to provide a high standard of service.
We market your property using professional photography and only use premier listings on Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au to ensure your property is located at the top of the search result.
Once leased, our accounts department conduct a payment run daily, ensuring that you receive your rental income as it clears.

Our lease preparation system has never been easier. With electronic signing available, we are able to have a tenant secured for your property within minutes!
Statements and outgoings
A statement is generated every time we disburse rent into your account. This keeps all transactions and outgoings transparent, easy to read and generates an End of Financial Year Statement, perfect for your accountants needs.
Conducting regular routine inspections ensures that your investment is protected, in good repair and the tenants are comfortable at your property. An initial inspection is conducted at three months, then every six months thereafter. We will invite you to each inspection, however a report with photos is generated if you are unable to attend.
Transfer from another agent
