Established in 2015, Victoria Real estate Agency originated as a sales company selling properties all over Melbourne and Geelong. With a lot of our clients buying investment properties, we found that owners were forced to deal with various local agencies to manage their new investments. Victoria Real Estate Agency was created when existing clients of the company directors had purchased investment properties all over Melbourne and had various local agents look after their nest egg.
To manage properties all over Melbourne, Victoria Real estate Agency felt they had to become more efficient and innovative in their processes. Hence where the need for state-of-the-art technology and processes came into action which they have carefully developed and refined over the last 5 years. It was then that we realized that we should offer our Rental providers comprehensive property management services, regardless of their location or if they had 1 or 100 properties.
